Every product we produce is one we’d be proud to install in our own homes. Our products are designed in Australia for contemporary Australian homes. All Interbath products have been tested to rigorous Australian Standards and WELS Water Ratings performance.
To ensure that your Interbath experience is a positive one, please contact us with any questions or feedback you might have about your product. If you or your installation professional believe your Interbath product is defective and has not been installed, you’re welcome to return it with proof of purchase to the Mitre 10, Home Hardware or other independent hardware retailer it was purchased from.

Cartridge — 15 years’ replacement
Finish — 5 years’ replacement
Labour — 2 years
Showers
The below warranty period information relates to Vitalis, Ether, Arno, Lithe, Adria, Nyx, Iris showers:
Product and Parts — 7 years’ replacement
Finish — 5 years’ replacement
Accessories
The below warranty period information relates to Vesi accessories:
Full product — 2 years’ replacement
